Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Agent as a Business at https://agentaab.com, https://app.agentaab.com, and https://api.agentaab.com. By creating an account or calling the Runtime API, you agree to them.
What the service does
Agent as a Business lets a Creator package an agent capability into an Agent Business: define the capability, cut immutable releases, publish them across Web, API, MCP, and agent channels, meter usage, and take payment. We operate the platform. Creators own what they build on it.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You may not use Agent as a Business, or publish an Agent Business that:
- impersonates a person, company, or brand you are not authorised to represent;
- phishes for credentials, payment details, or other sensitive information;
- resells or proxies a third party's API in breach of that provider's own terms;
- distributes malware, or is used to attack, scan, or overload any system;
- generates content that is illegal where you or your End Users are located, including material that sexualises minors;
- infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- circumvents platform quotas, billing, or rate limits.
We may suspend or remove an Agent Business that breaches these rules, and will tell the Creator why. Serious or repeated abuse ends the account.
Your content and capabilities
You keep ownership of the prompts, configurations, and content you bring. You grant us only the licence needed to host and run your Agent Business and to deliver it to your End Users. We do not use your capability configurations or invocation content to train models.
Billing
Paid usage is metered and billed through Stripe or Airwallex. Fees, revenue share, and payout terms are shown in the console before you commit to them. Charges already incurred are not refundable except where the law requires it. We will give notice before changing pricing.
Third-party model providers
Running a capability sends its inputs to the model provider that capability is configured to use. Those providers have their own terms and their own availability. We are not responsible for a provider's output, downtime, or policy decisions.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features; where a change would break published Agent Businesses, we will give notice.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms, and will give you a reasonable chance to export your configuration unless the breach makes that unsafe.
